Process

We are delighted to now offer wedding cakes and other desserts options, and are busy booking our 2017 and 2018 weddings! If you are interested in Eastside Specialty Cakes creating a sweet treat for your next celebration, please contact us for tasting and more details.

Design

We are dedicated to making your vision a reality. Ideally, we would start the design process at least three months from your event date. At this time, we will work together to build a visual sketch up of your creation to assist with the design process. Depending on your event date, we can sometimes accommodate rush orders, so please contact our team to inquire about availability.

Tasting

We offer tasting services by appointment only. The cost is $45 for three cake flavors of your choice, and $10 for each additional flavor. Each cake is a three-inch round, two layer cake with one layer of filling.  Please browse through our list of flavors on on our site, or let us know if you have a specific flavor in mind. We ask for at least one week notice for each tasting, subject to availability.

We will also use this appointment to discuss any ideas you have for your cake design. Please feel free to bring along any images, Pinterest boards, color palettes, or any other ideas that we can use use to find inspiration for your custom design. Following our meeting, our team will create a visual sketch up of your creation for your approval.

If an in-person appointment is not possible, we are able to package tasting boxes for pick-up.

Ordering

We prefer to book 2-3 months before your event. A 20 percent deposit for orders will put you on our calendar. Please note that the summer months fill up quickly so please book as soon as possible. The balance is due upon pickup or delivery.

Delivery

We are pleased to offer delivery and set up service up to most venues within 60 miles from Seattle for a $50 charge. Client pick up is always available without charge.
